and that the grow worse & worse a [..] yed on
ye 13th of this Instant October. And this Informt
likewise saith thatshe heardye sd Brown bid
her send for ye sd Welld, & soe if he had done
her any hurt, to gett her cured, & that he
would pay for itt; and afterwards she heard
ye sd Brownsayown & that he did kick her
but that he had no malise or any designe
to do her any hurt

Anne Flower< no role > Widdow an other of ye Informts saith that
one Bridgett Wells< no role > (lately deced) was this Inforts.
Servant and that on ye 18th day of September
last abt. 2 of ye Clock in ye afternoon being
above stairs in her Own house heard a great
cry, and being informed that itt was her
Servt. came down stairs, & found in ye
Coffee roome one Richard Brown< no role > & two
other men who came in will him,& asking
ye sd Welld wt was ye matter, she pointed her
finger at Brown & said that he had
given her her death & had kicked her
or her right breast; And further saith
that ye sd Welld before yt time was a very
good Servt & did her worke well, but
after that was not able to do her buisness
but forced to go from this Informts. ye
next day, & grew worse & worse untill
the dyed wth reason ye 13th of October
Instant. And this Informt. went sevall
times to see her dureing her illness & saith
