Oath [..] day of Novemb. Ao. Dui 1699o.

Who Sayth that this morning abt. Six of the Clock he went to search
the house of one Mr. Farlow in Salisbury Court [..] Informacon
given him of persons frequenting the same; who used to robb waggons;
& sayth neare the said house he met one Thomas Gorden< no role > , whome he
tooke upon Suspicon, & carryed into the said [..] Mr. Farlows house,
where he found a Hatt in a roome up one paire of Staires, & where he
likewise found senall Small parcells of Tobacco & other goods in a Sack in
a Closet; And this Depont. further sayth, that he & his Assistants making
further Search found one William Barrow< no role > in a Gutter on top of the house
his behind a Stack of Chinmeys, who owned the sd Hatt; And this
Depont. further sayth that as he was comeing away from the said house
he met one John Stephens< no role > , whome he likewise seized upon Suspicon of
Stealing the said goods, who then owned that he was goeing to the said
Mr. Farlows house.
