William Beale< no role > of the Parrish of St Katherine Creed
church Apothecary another of the Informants
sayth that about 3 weeks agon he was sent for
to one Bridget Weld< no role > who was very ill at the tyme
& had Lately Recd a bruise were her Brest by
a Kick by one that Kept an Alehouse at the Sign
of the Old Cole of Windser & this Informt [..]
[..] saith that the said
Bridget Weld< no role > was not willing to take any thing
of him at that tyme but about 3 or 4 days
after he was sent for againe & then he sent her
something to take but this Informt: told her he
feared it was then too Late for he found her in a
Fearer & perceived that when she Coughed she
held her hand on her Side & Cryed out with
great Payne & Dos beleive that the blow she
Said she had Recd Did put her Into the Fearer
of which illness she afterward Dyed
