These Informts. severally say upon their Oath that upon Thursday

clock in ye Evening, one

in Company of another prson unknown, called for a Tunckerd
of Drink which was brought them in a Silver Tanckerd, which Sd
Burkins and ye other pson took their Oppertunity and went Privatly
out of ye house, within a quarter of an howre after, and comeing in to
the Roome where the daid psons were Drinking mist their Tanckard
and ye drink Flung under ye Table, and these infomts. further Say
that,

in ye house of Hull aforesaid, and that the said

Stole by ye Sd Jenckins and ye other pson was aforesd
