Whereas Complaint hath bin this day made
unto us two of their Majesties Justices of
the peace
(Quorum unus) by the Churchwar-
dens of ye Parish of St. Mary Atthill
that

are lately come into
their Parish without giving due notice
in writing according To ye appointment
of ye law And whereas it appears unto
us by the Oaths of

that the last
legall residence of the said
Jane Wolfe< no role >
and her children was in ye Parish of
St. Botolph
Bilinsgate where
Samuell

her late husband was a housekeep
about two years

These are therefore in
their Majesties names to require you to
passe and recovery the said

with

Elizabeth< no role >
her children
out of ye said Parish of St. Mary Atthill
into the said Parish of St. Botolphs Bilinsgate

them with the Churchwardens and
Overseers of ye Poor of ye said Parish or
some or one of them (whom we do
hereby require to receive the same) to
be provided for according to Law And
this Shall be your Warrant Given under
our hands & Seales this 22d. day of March
