Memorand that at the Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace the held for the said City and Liberty at the time and place
abovesaid Samuel Bedwell< no role > the Young of the parish of St Margaret Westmr. mealman is Licensed allowed
by the Justices of the peace for the said City and Liberty to bee a comon Badger lader Carrier Buyer & Seller of all
manner of Corne and quaine as well wth in ad wth out any open Faire or Wlarkell, To use and occupy the same office
and Doeings by the space of one Whole year next ensueing the Date have of and not longer according to the true
Intent & meaning of the lawes and Statutes in such case made & pvided Inwittnesse where of three of their matied.
Justices of peace (where of one beeing of the Quor) and Present at the said Sessions have hereunto set their hands
and seales the say and year abovesaid
