Onesiphorus Lambe< no role > of Watton in the County
of Heitfordgent maketh Oath that the presentr.
Anne Lambe< no role > hath bin thro Deponts. wife for near
nineteen yeares, And in that time hath had seaven
children by her, and this Depont. saith that wth in these
face yeares last past the saidAndAnne hath Expended
and Occasioned to a Expended of this Deponts. (through
her drunkennesse and Debanchery) betweene Three
& four hundred pounds for which reasons and her
keeping company with one James Hemmings< no role > for halfe
a yeare last past & selling and disposeing of all this Depnt.
had intrusted her with for her owne livelyhood and
childrens & [..] converting ye same for thence of the
said Hemmings) and her children almost starved
and eaten up wth. Lise, and the said Anne running
away from her children to keep company wth. Hemmings
this Depont. cryed her downe whereupon the sd. Anne
became soe inveterate yt. she hath often told this Depont.
to his fase (and to severall of his freinds in his absence)
that unlesse this Depont. and the abovesaid Ward would find
her money to supply her and the said Hemmings wants
that she would sweare both this Depont. and the sd.
Wards life away altho shee damned her owne Soul
by soe doeing, And She hath Threatened that the said
Hemmings should kill this Depont., And this Depont.
further sayth that the sd. Hemmings hath lately been wth
severall of this Deponts. Creditors to perswade & prosecute
this Depont. at law for their debtes And this
