Juliana Mosse< no role > of West Ham in the Countie of Essex
Widdow maketh Oath, That she doth goe in feare of
looseing her life or receiveing some bodily harme by
by Henry Mosse< no role > her Sone, because the said Henry
hath heretofore assaulted and wounded this Depont:
by Stabbing her in Sewall places in the bodie wth a
[..] pen knife wch was to the Hazard of her life,
and hath since sewall times threatened this Deponts:
life, and Pticularly about the month [..] of July
last her Said sone meeteing her in the Stocks Markett
he told this Depont: that he wanted money, and mony
he would have or else he would have the life of this
depont:, And this Depont: further maketh oath, that
about three weekes Sincethe aforesaidShe being in
a Shopp nere Lothbery in London did see her said
Sone at a distance, and for feare of him did
conceale herselfe in the same house, and in a
very short time after the said Henry Mosse< no role > came
to the house where this Depont: was, and there did
sweare to be the death of this Depont: and this
Depont: further maketh Oath, that she doth make
this complaint for noe other intent then for
the safely of her life.
