the sd John Freeman< no role > als Benet to avoid coming to Publik Justice And not Having ye Fear of God before
his Eyes but being movd and inttigated by the Dwell, And of his Molice
before thought with a pistoll by the Ferce of Powders Shott or forced two
bullets made of Lead into ye [..] to shak of him ye sd Charles Tailer of ye Depth
of Six Inches and of ye bredth of half an Inch of wch Mortall Wounds the sd
Charles Tailer Languished and [..] Languishing from Fryday Sep. ye & 6th. instant
to Saterday then next followings and then Dyed of the Mortall wounds field
And to ye Jurous aforesd upon therin Oathes Say ye sd John Freeman< no role > , als Bennet
these Charles Tailer Did Kill and Murder Aprt. ye peace of or. Soveraigne Ld. and
Lady Etc, And then fled for ye Same; and hath no goods or Chattells yt code know
off to this Verdict ye Jurors aforesd ye Day a year aforesd have set then hands
