Who being upon Oath says that about Ten o'Clock on
Saturday Night the fifth instant As he this Informant was going through
the Lobby of Covent Garden
Theatre he was stopt near the Middle of it
on Account of the Crowd that he felt a pressure near his left hand breeches
PocketAnd on his putting his hand into it he found it was picked of
a Silk Purse Containing three Ten Pound Bank Notes and three Guineas
in Moneythat he immediately laid hold of the person now present
who calls himself Philip Gibson< no role >
charging him with having picked
his Pocket. that soon afterwards he heard the Purse fall on the Ground
which he picked upAnd he verily believes that the said Philip
Gibson< no role >
picked his Pocket as aforesaid

Theatre at the time Mentioned in the foregoing Information And saw the
person now present who calls himself Philip Gibson< no role >
pick the Pocket of Mr Beeby aforesaid
that on Mr Beeby's Challenging [..] him as mentioned in the foregoing Information
she saw the said Philip Gibson< no role >
drop the said Purse on the Ground
