Ann Dennis< no role > of Winsley Street< no role > in the
Parish of St. Mary le bone in the County
of Middlesex Fruiterer on her Oath saith
That on Sunday Evening last between the
hours of five and Six his Dept. was setting
in Oxford Street selling her Fruit where
a Man drove a Coach along Oxford Street
into Town very last, being draeven by four, Korbe
That the Fore Which of the Coach struck
against an upright Post standing on
the side of the Road in St. Mary le Bone
and that the hinder Wheel likewise
went against the same Post, which
over turned the Coach into the Middle of
the Street, and the Deced was thrown
down, but Dept. cannot say whether it
was from the Roof of the Coach or from the
Coach box Says that the Deced was brought
to Depts Stall when she bled very much
from the Head, and a Young Man who said
he was a Surgeon's Apprentice felt her Head
and said that the Shall was broke Says that
the Deced was carried away in a Coach
Says that at the time the Coach was overturned
a Coach and a Cart were drove along in
the Middle of the Street, and the Coachman
drove close to the Mary le bone side, Says that
it was very dark, and Dept. believes that
the overturning of the Coach was Accidental

into Town, That he drove very fast close to
the Hot way where Dept. stood, and that the Fore
