Taken before me John Staples< no role > Esqr one of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace in and for the
said County as follows viz

Robert Jones< no role > of the Parish of St. Mary Stratford Bow
Gentleman on his Oath saith that on Tuesday last
[..] five and six of Clock in the of woman he
saw the person now present who was his Name is
Thomas Smith< no role > on the Ground when he has been used
to [..] Grover for the [..] of the [..] that
is used to pay for such Graver to John Foster< no role >
of Battle [..] who is appointed weaver of the
[..] by the Court of Chamer at
[..] in the heard & believes That he also saw
two Men Carrying Wood from two [..] Building Situate
on the Sd. Ground into a little House adjoining sd Building
saith that he heard the said Thomas Smith< no role > totel
one of the Men to Slow the Wood Close This
Informant Further saith that about the latter and
of last year or the [..] beginning of this
Year a Shed had blown down belonging to the
said Premises and that for the benefit of the
[..] of the Estate he employed two Men to
carry the Materials consisting of the Rafters
and other Timber [..] to the before mentioned little
Tenement part of which Materials have been since
taken away
