Gentleman
on his Oath saith that on Tuesday last

saw the person now present who was his Name is

on the Ground when he has been used

of Battle [..] who is appointed weaver

[..] in the heard & believes That he also saw
two Men Carrying Wood from two [..] Building Situate
on the Sd. Ground into a little House adjoining sd Building
saith that he heard the said Thomas Smith< no role >

Informant Further saith that about the latter and
of last year or the [..] beginning of this
Year a Shed had blown down belonging to the
said Premises and that for the benefit of the
[..] of the Estate he employed two Men to
carry the Materials consisting of the Rafters
and other Timber [..] to the before mentioned little
Tenement part of which Materials have been since
taken away
