The Information of Owen Ganty< no role >
and Owen Mc Intyre< no role > taken before
me one of his Majesty's Justices of
the peace for the said County

Who being Severally upon oath
Say And first this Informant Owen
Ganty for himself Saith that he and his Brother Keep [..]
a Public house at the Sign of the White
Hart in Church Street in the Parish
of Saint Giles in the fields in the said
County, That on Saturday the twenty fifth
Day of July now last past about six
of the Clock in the morning this Informant
went into the Bar of his said house
and opened one of his Tills in order to pay
his Milk man , that there was then in
the Till a Pair of silver Buckles his property
that soon after the person now present
who calls himself John Boyle< no role > came into
this Informant's house and called for a
pint of Beer, that this Informant went
down into the Cellar in order to draw
the said pint of Beer and left the said
John Boyle< no role > Sitting within the Barr, no other
person being then in the Tap room
