Who being severally upon their
on this SayAnd first this Informant
George Dodd< no role >
for himself Saith That
he lives at Great Whalley
in the County of
Essex
, that on the Evening of Wednesday the
eighth of July instant he put a Black
Mare his property into his field at Great
Whalley
aforesaid, and in the morning of
the ninth instant he found the same was
stolen, And further Saith that the mare
now produced is his property and he
identical Mare which was feloniously stolen
as aforesaid
And this Informant Thomas Smith< no role >
for himself Saith that he Saw the Mare now
produced [..] the ninth day of July instant in
the possession of the person now present who
calls himself William Beadle< no role >

in Great
Queen Street
Lincoln's Inn fields
in the said County
