The Informations of Mary Tollin< no role > a girl
of about Thirteen Years of Age, Mary Tollin< no role >
the Wife of Edward Tollin< no role > of New Brentford
Labourer , Margaret Jarvis< no role > , the Wife of
Henry Jarvis< no role > of Cranford Labourer, and
Alexander Pentland< no role > of Great Ealing Surgeon,
taken on Oath before me this first day of
September 1789.

Who being on Oath severally say, and first the said
Mary Tollin< no role > , the girl, for herself says, that between the hours of four
and five oClock in the Afternoon of some day, between the Eighth and
fifteenth days of August last, the person now present, who calls
himself Edward Hudsbury (to whom at that time she lived as
a Servant) forcibly carried her up Stairs to his bed room, that he
then threw her down upon the bed, and against her will had
Carnal knowledge of her body, that she attempted to Cry out,
but that the said Edward Studsbury< no role > put his hand upon her Mouth
and swore if she made any Noise, he would cut her Throat
that she after this wanted to go out for some tea and Sugar, but
the said Edward Studsbury< no role > would not let her go, Informant having
told him, she would tell what he had done to her, And this
Informant further says, that on Saturday the 15th. of August
last, the other person also now present, who calls himself
Charles Burton< no role > , forcibly took her upherStairs into said
bed room, threw her down on the bed, and then had Carnal
knowledge of her body against her will And the said Mary
Tollin
< no role > Wife of Edward Tollin for herself says, that on Monday
the 24th. day of August last, her Neice the said Mary Tollin< no role >
told her, that Edward Studsbury< no role > , and Charles Burton< no role > had
lain with her against her will, and very Ill used her,
that she had attempted to Cry out at the time, but that
