I John Hoskins< no role > (of saint Martins Lane in the Parish of
saint Martin in the Fields in the liberty of Westminster
Maketh Oath and saith that having been summond
to be and appear at Justice Hall in the old Bailey on
Wednesday the twelvth Day of Decr: last to serve as
one of the Jurors, This depont. further saith that on
the said twelvth Day of Decr. And for several
Weeks before this depont. was in a situation so He
with a violent Cough which rendered him totally
incapable of attending not being able to get out of
Bed till Noon and some Days Evening from the
violence of the disorder which reduced the Flesh of this
Depont. so much that gave cause to consider his
complaint a Violent consumption, And this Depont;
further saith that if his health had permitted he certain
by shou'd have attended and done his duty as a Juror

of January 1788}
