The Information of Peter Borries< no role > lodger at the Angel the bottom of Old Gravel
Lane St. George Middlesex kept by Mrs.WilliamWilson on his Oath saith
one Thursday night last between the Hours of Six and Seven being
in the house of Mr. Whitingtons at the Whitehart in High
Street Shadwell drinking a Glass of Gin and bitters the prisoner
present whosaysays his name [..] is James Copar jumped
out of a Box in said Whitingtons House and laid hold of
him round the Waste whiles a person laid hold of him round
his Sholders at which time a Silver Watch was taken from
him of the Value of forty shillings and both said Men run
out of the said Whitington House and lastly saith he has
no doubt but one of the said Men took the said Watch out of
his Pocket and verily believes it was the person present who
took the said Watch

in the Evening at Mr. Whitingtons Peter Berry< no role > came in and as
he was going away he saw Berry fighting with Two Women
that all he did was to take the womens port [..] that he left
Barry fighting with said Women that he had not any companion
with him and doth not know any thing of Berry Watch< no role >
