of four other Indictmt. now Dependg. in the Court of King Bench the
Defts in such five Indictmt. being all Journeyman Smiths .

That two of such Indictmt. Dependg. in the Court of Kings Bench vizt
The King Bunts And same a Cross and on are Remanets for the Sitting
after Easter Term and that the Defts in anr. of such Indictments vizt
The King a Dixon and or must proceed to Tryal therein at the
same Sitting the Prosr. of such last mentd. Indictmt. havg in the
last Term given a Rule for the Defts to appear & plead thereto &
to Try the same at the Sitting after the said last Term And that
he (the Dept.) expects the Prosr. of the other of such Indictmt. vizt
The King Jasnes< no role > & on will give a Rule for the Defts to appear &
plead thereto & to Try the same at the Sitting after Easter Term

Observations

In the Case of The King & The Journeyman Carpenter an Applr.
was a short time ago made to the Court of King Bench stating
that there were several Defts stood Indicted for similar offences
that only one elected to be Tried in that Court that sevl. others
were to be Tried at the Session Which did not begin till after
the end of the Sitting at which such one stood for Trial & that
on the Tryal of such one the Prosecr. wod. be obliged to let out the
merits of there Case agt. the Whole & therefore praying the Court
to put off the Tryal of such one till after the Tryals of the other
its fullest extent & without any other reason being given

In this Case altho' there are two Defts, yet there are, in
the four Indictments Depondg. in the Court of Kings Bench no less
then 12 Defts to be Tried
