for the Defendant
Maketh Oath and saith That several Matter
which will be proved and insisted on on the
Tryal of this Indictment will also be proved
and insisted on, on the Tryals of four other
Indictments now depending in the Court of
Kings Bench, the Defendants in such five
Indictments being all Journeymen Smiths
And this Deponent further saith That two
of such Indictments Depending in the Court
of Kings Bench vizt. The King agt. Bunts and
Same agt. Cross and others are Remanets for
the Sitting after Easter Term And that the
Defendants in another of such Indictments
vizt. The King agt. Dixon and other, must
proceed to Tryal therein at the same Sitting
the Prosecutor of such last mentioned
Indictment having in the last Term given a
Rule for the Defendants to appear and plead
thereto and to Try the same at the Sitting
after the said last Term And that he this
Deponent expects the Prosecutor of the other
of such Indictments Vizt. The King agt. Jaynes
and other will give a Rule for the Defendants to
appear and plead thereto and to Try the same at
the Sitting after Easter Term
