The Information of Joseph Langmead< no role > Taken upon
Oaths before Us Joseph Faikney< no role > and Joseph Girdler< no role > Esqr. two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County this 20th. day of March 1788

This Informant upon his Oath saith
that he hath great reason to believes that a Man
who calls himself by the Name of the Silvester Crosse< no role >
did in the Month of March Instant feloniously
take and Carry Away from ofthehis premises
Situate in Goswell Street Road in the Parish
of St. Luke in the said County two large Pieces
of Iron the Property of this said Informant by
reason of one of the said Pieces of Iron being
found in the Possession of the said Prisoner
