when all the Casks were at Levys he opened them
lasted of them and then asked Barker [..] what they
would have for them Barker said £3 Levy made
Answer he could afford no more than £1..4s..0d for it
those sort of Liquors were so cheap afterwards agreed to
give One pound six shillings which was to be paid to them
Barker [..] for himself and Newton seventeen
shillings and four pence and Levy desired this Examinant
to call again in a few Hours and he would pay him his
part which was Eight Shillings and Eight pence, he
afterwards sent one Margaret Kilby< no role >
to Levy for the
same which was [..] paid her and she brought it to this
