Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said Eleanor
Ixer for herself says that on Sunday last the 15th. Instant
the person now present who calls herself Jane rhodes< no role >
(who
was a Servant
to this Informant) about herself from her
said Mistresses Service and took with her a Silk Bonnett
a made Cloak a Linen Gown and Coat a Linen Gown Six
Aprons two Shifts a Shirt a Tea Spoon and two pair of
Stockings And this Informant further Says that the
Gown and Petticoat now produced and the Apron also
now produced by John Morvin< no role >
now present and the
Gown also now produced by Henry Batt< no role >
and her
property [..] were feloniously Stole from seven her
said House as aforesaid And the said Henry Batt< no role >
for himself says that on Tuesday last he received the
Gown now produced by him this Informant in pawn
fa half a Guinea from a Woman And the said John
Murvin< no role >
for himself says that on Monday last he received
the Apron now produced by him this Informant of Mary
Taylor< no role >
nor present in pawn for three Shillings and
nine pence and the gown and Petticoat also now produced
by him this Informant on Tuesday last of the said
Mary Taylor< no role >
on pawn for twelve Shillings and
Six pence
