taken before me One of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County City
and Liberty the 14 August 1787

Who being on her Oath saith that on the ninth Day of July
One Ann Musprat< no role > came to her house about 11 in the forenoon
together with her Niece that soon after their coming said Ann
asked to make Wat [..] on which She told her to go into the Yord
which She refused, and desired to make use of her, Pot, which was
in The backroom, and Accordingly Went Spither. that on her Staying
some time Deponent Went to see where She was, and found her,
coming in at the back Window from the Yard with the Patrin her
hand, and directly told her Niece Jane Edwards< no role > to come along
which She directly did and immediately after they were gone
She missed the following things from her back Room Viz
her husbands Shirt Value 5s. and a Pair of Womans Shoes intr [..]
with her Value 2s.
