driven away very fast, it induced this Informant to suspect
that he had stolen some of said Plate out of said large Drawer
put at being [..] That he Searched the Same & missed the
said Silver Milk EwerThatthehe is very sure he never
lost Sight of said large Drawer containing said Milk Ewer
and other Plate from the time of said Tomlins lifting it out
of said Coach and delivering it to him, to the time of his
missing it And further Saith that he is very sure that
the said Tomlins feloniously stole said Ewer
