Middlesex to wit


The Information of John Patten< no role >
taken before [..] us two of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace
in and for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that on Saturday
the 24th. of March inst about half an hour
past Ten oClock at night as he was walking
down the Minories he was accosted by two
Women now present who calls themselves
Jane Golding< no role > and Mary Bateman< no role > who asked
him to go home with them which accordingly
did into Back Lane and there went to bed
with the said Mary Bateman< no role > but had not been
long in bed when he found that his Coat
Waistcoat one pair of Shoes one pair of Silver
Shoe Buckles one pair of Stockings and one
Leather Pocket Book his property were
feloniously and privately Stolen taken and
Carried away, that as soon as he coud he
got out of the House where he was in and
gave an alarm of his being Robbed as
aforesaid And that the property now produced
is the sameand found in the possesion of
Mary Bateman< no role > Ann Karns< no role > Jane Golding< no role >
and Mathew Ambrose< no role > is the Identical
