Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said
Elizabeth Barrett< no role >
for herself says that on Saturday
the 17th. of March Instant the person now present
who calls himself Perry Mc Cullough< no role >
came to
her Shop
at Chelsea
aforesaid that he began to be
made to her that she got away from him and
went to call assistance at which time she left
a Caravan Box upon the Table containing a Bill
of Exchange for Nineteen Pounds two Silk
Handkerchiefs a Gold Handkerchief Pill and a
Silver Tea Spoon That she continued within sight
of her own door and saw the Prisoner come out
of her Shop and run away and is very sure no
person except the said Mc, Cullough went into
or came out of said Shop that when she returned
to her Shop she found the said Box had been taken
away together with the Hoy of her door and is very sure
the Prisoner stole the said Truck containing the
said Articles And the said Mary Dean< no role >
for herself
