of St Luke Old Street in the said County Labourer a together
with the Information of Robert Bryant< no role > one of the
Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of St. Luke , and [..]

Sarah Robison< no role > of Blue Anchor Alley and Elizabeth Rose< no role >
of Con Steel Alley
in thesaid Parish of St. Luke Singlewoman Labourers and of Pheebe
Martin
< no role > of White Cross Street in the said Parish Mid wife

taken upon Oath before me Nathaniel Conant< no role > Esquire
one of Majesties Justices of the peace in and for the said
County this nineteenth day of April in the Year of our
Lord one thousand seven hundred & eighty six .

The said Frances Lewis< no role > being charged before me by the said
Robert Bryant< no role > with feloniously killing & slaying Anne Rose she the
said Frances Lewis< no role > saith that she offered no violence
whatever to the said Anne Rose but that the said
Anne Rose< no role > having stamp her several times in the
fare & attempting to take up a brick to do her further
injury she the said Frances Lewis< no role > held the hands
of the said Anne Rose to defend herself from the same
and that the said Anne Rose Stopping back of her [..]
[..] follower a box which was upon the floor of
the Room in which they the were

The said Anne Robison< no role > on her Oath saith that
or Saturday the 8th day of this instant April
at night
