for himself saith that he has been frequently robbed
of sundry pieces of Timber Which did lay in a Raft at his Back door and that The Two
pieces of Two Bow sprits now lying in Shadwell Marker are his property in Trust and
were lately taken from out of the said Raft.

came to this Informant at his house situate in Shadwell

and asked him to buy the said Two pieces of Bowsprits who then said he
would have nothing to do with them until the next day Says the next day about
noon the said John New berry came again to this Informant. who Questioned him
now he came by the same Says The said John Newberry< no role >
told him he had bought
the said Two pieces of Bowsprits and would give a Receipt for the same Says he
asked Fourteen Shillings which this Informant agreed to give and did pay the
said John Newberry< no role >
Fourteen Shillings for the same about the hour of One on

on Friday last about noon when the said John Newberry< no role >
offered to sell to the said
