The Information of Elizabeth Wilkie< no role > , Ann Palmer< no role >
and James Wilkie< no role > taken this 22th. day of April 1786

Who being on their Oath say and first the said Elizabeth Wilkie< no role >
for herself says On Monday last was a week about the hour of Three
in the afternoon she went up Stairs in the house of her husband Andrew Wilkie< no role > situate
in the Parish of Christ Church Middxat which time she left if
the [..] produced and a Silver sea Spoon in the kitchen and a [..] ech
not produced in the Parlour says she staid up stairs Twenty Minutes
at the most when she came down Stairs and on her son asking her who she had
been speaking For she looked and missed a Silver Tea Spoon and soon
after missed the Coloured Broch now produced and a White [..] not
produced and that the Value of both Frock and Spoon is Ten Shillings
James Wilkie< no role > for himself says, on Monday last was a Week about the
hour of Three in the Afternoon he saw the prisoner present who says her name is Catherine Brown< no role > first in
the kitchen and afterwards in the Parlour of his Father house situate
as aforesaid That he thought she was talking to his Mother as the moved
her Lips as though she was speaking to some person Says on his Mothers
coming down Stairs he asked her who she had been speaking who said she
had not been Speaking to any person

Ann Palmer< no role > for herself says On Monday last was a Week about the
hour of Three she saw The said Catherine Brown< no role > go into the Shop
of Mr. Andrew Wilkie< no role > situate as aforesaid with her Apron down and
soon after come out of the said Shop with something in her Apron
Says his afternoon seeing the said Catherine Brown< no role > with the [..]
produced on her Arm in White Chapel High Street which Frock she
thought by [..] having seen it In Mr. Wilkies Child and knowing
her to be the person she saw go into Mr. Wilkies Shop as is before mentioned
she caused her tobe stopped as Mr. Wilkie had informed her of being
robbed of Two Frock and a Spoon
