Who being upon Oath say and first the said William

saith that at different times within about Seven Months
three Carpets - five pieces of Carpetting, Seven Books - One large China
Bowl - five pair of Silk Stockings - One Mahogany Tray [..] one
Waiter one Tureen and Dish now produced were together with
divers other Articles feloniously stolen in his Chambers, situate
in Lyons Inn aforesaid - That a person now present calling himself
Peter Ogier< no role >
hath lived with him for some time past as a
servant during which time he hath missed many Articles some
of which are the Articles now produced, and that he is very sure
that the said Peter Ogier< no role >
feloniously stole the same. The said
Hannah Lawrence< no role >
saith that she hath viewed the above recited
Articles and is very sure that they are all the property of the said

pawned at his said Masters Shop the three Volumes of Books now
