Window which is now broken that this Informt: suspecting
they had a Design to Rob the Shop ran to Inform Peter
Gough< no role > and Joseph Percival< no role > two Constables who returned
with this Informant where He again sane the said Men
that this Informt: ran Home to carry some Tools He had
about him and to fetch his Cutlass that He returned immediately
and saw the aforesaid Inde Barnet at Her Door that asking
Her what was the matter She told Him She had been Robbed
and Shewed him the Window broken and His Informant
further says that the Prisoners John Langford< no role > and Thoms
Petree< no role > are the same Persons The saw at the Shop Window
of the said Jude Burnet< no role > .
