(with Two other persons not in Custody)
before the said Justice with Assaulting and Robbing him on
the Kings Highway and the said James Ogden< no role >
did at such
time Sign an Information Stating the Nature and
Circumstances of such Robbery and the property he was Robbed
of which was Swore to by the said James Ogden< no role >
before
the said Justice and which Information was afterwards
Signed by the said Justice and is returned to this Honorable
Court And this Deponent lastly Saith that in such
Information the said James Ogden< no role >
says he firmily
and possitively believes the said Edward Griffiths< no role >
to be one
of the said Men who Assaulted and Robbed him as aforesaid
