Maliciously Drive the Waggon & Horses against the said
Toll House whereby the same was Pulled down Etc as aforesd.
Third and lastly the said John Cavell< no role > for himself on his
Oath saith that he was present in the Toll House [..] at the
time aforementioned that the account as before given by
the said John Lucas< no role > is the whole truth And that the said
William Ashbourne< no role > did Feloniously Wilfully and
Maliciously Drive the said Waggon and Horses against
the said Toll House whereby the same was Pulled down Etc
