And this Informant Theophilus Butcher< no role > for
himself saith that on Thursday Night last about
Eight o Clock he was in Oxford Street in Company in the
his Brother John Butcher< no role > where they saw the Boys
now present who call themselves James Everett< no role > and
John Bennett< no role > whom they suspected and took into this
Custody when upon Searching them they found on John
Bennett
< no role > the two Silk Handkerchief now produced the
One concealed under his Arm and the other in his Pockets

And this Informant Alexander Wilson< no role > for himself
saith that on Thursday Night last about Seven o Clock
he met with John Everett< no role > in James Street Oxford Street
who asked this Informant if he know of any body who
would buy some Silk Handkerchief that this Informt
told him he would Enquire among his Shopmater & took
the said Everett into the Shop along with him where he
produced a Number of Silk Handkerchief he thinks
about four when Richard Smaller< no role > One of his Shop
mater bought One and this Informant bought another
both which are now produced and Sworn to by William
Franks

And this Informant Richard Smaller for himself
saith that He bought a Silk Handkerchief now
produced at the time Place described by the other
Informant which he afterwards Pledged with Mr
Neated Pawn broker in Bird Street for two Shillings

And this Informant Neate for himself saith that
on Thursday Night last about half home part seven
o Clock he received the Silk Handkerchief now
Produced into Pledge from the other Informant
Richard Smaller
