Who being severally upon Oath say
And first this Informant Mary Shepherd< no role >
for herself Saith That the said John
Kitchner< no role >
came to this Informant's house in
Acton
in the parish of Wilsdon
on Tuesday
Morning last and told her that she had found
a horse which he believed tap [..] her property
were present who calls himself John
[..] and accordingly sheoed her the house which as now produced that this Informant verily believes
that the said horse is her property
And this Informant John Kitchner< no role >
for himself Saith that on the night
of Monday last about three of the
Clock this Informant met the Prisoner

coming along Holsdon Green
leading the said horse by a Halter,
that upon asking him how he came
by the horse he told this Informant that
the horse was his own and refused to tell
where he had got the horse or whence
he came, that this Informant suspected
he had stolen the horse and accordingly
