Street aforesaidThat said Waters had Some Tent and Brandy
which was fetched by said Ann Silcox< no role > That he this Informant
followed said Ann Silcox to the Public House where he observed
to her that there were two Dogs to the Bone (meaning that the
said Moses Levy< no role > and Judith Levy< no role > were applying tobybuy
said Lace and Ribbons) and that he would not be knocked
out of his Chance nor would he go away till it was
cleared upThat said Ann Silcox told him it was best for
him and the said Moses Levy< no role > and Judith Levy< no role > to settle it
togetherThat he returned again to said Lucas's House when
Waters asked him why he staid and said there was nothing for
him that dayThis Informant replied he would not go away
for the was sure some Business was carrying onThat
he then asked said Judith Levy< no role > what she was doing there
who answered that she was fetched by said John Waters< no role > That
he told her he was waiting on the same Account, that said
Judith Levy< no role > then Shook hands with him and they agreed to
buy the said Lace and Ribbon between themThat he
then left the said Judith Levy< no role > in said Lucas's House with
said Waters who agreed to have said Lace and Ribbon taken
to said Moses Levys House to be measured and bought and
said that he would send Sarah Emanuel< no role > his Wife to said
Judith Levy< no role > to agree with her
