Prossar he this Informant with same other
Assistance went down the said Street and
upon the said Moriarty's Information He took
the said John Prossar< no role >
and another Man (who says
his Name is Wm. Wray< no role >
and who was in Company)
with the said Prossar) into Custody as they were
Crossing the Street from the Place where the
Iron Rails so Stolen were Placed and carried
them to Saint Giles'sinRound House
And this Informant John Spence< no role >
upon
his Oath Saith That the Rails now Produced [..]
were Affixed to the Dwelling House of himself
and Mr. Kennedy of Great Queen Street
aforesaid
That they were Broke up with Intent to have [..]
been Stolen away on Friday Evening or Saturday
Morning last by some Person or Persons (to
this Informant at Present Unknown
