me One of his Majestys Justices of
the peace
for the said County
Who being severally upon Oath say and first
this Informant Joseph Birch< no role >
for himself
saith that about Seven oClock last Night
he was on the Road leading to Finchley
when the person now present and another
person not yet taken presented Pistols
to this Informant demanded his Money
and feloniously took from him Nine
Shillings in Silver and then he rode away
that he went to the Seven, with two Necks
at Finchley
and gave Information
of the above Robbery when this Informant
with the other Informant Richard Spencer< no role >
[..] went in pursuit of them and took the
person now present who calls himself
William Weston< no role >
on the Road leading to
Finchley
Bedestone
and further that the said
William Weston< no role >
is one of the person who robbed
him as abovedescribed
And this Informant Richard Spencer< no role >
for himself saith that in Consequence
of the above Information he went with
