Who being upon Oath say, and first the said John Morgan< no role >
says that in the Evening of Saturday the 15th. day of February instant
a mixture grey Coat and a pair of black Velvet Breeches now produced
together with divers other Articles were stolen out of this Informants
back Garret in Princes Street Leicester Fields aforesaidThe said
William Down< no role > says that he made the said black Velvet Breeches
for the said John Morgan< no role > and is very sure that they are his
PropertyThe said Sarah Percival< no role > says that about a quarter
before eight o'Clock on the said Saturday Evening she went up
to the back Garret of the said John Morgan< no role > [..] in order
to turn his Bed down at which time she is very sure the
Window was shut downThat in about half an hour afterwards
she heard the said Window thrown up and heard some Person
in the Room, on which she caused an Alarm to be made and
the Door of said Room to be broke open but Person or Persons
had escaped out at said Window [..] And the said Robert
Moffat< no role > says that between the hours of three and four oClock on
Thursday last he bought the said Coat and Breeches of the
said Isaiah Israel< no role > for One Pound fourteen shillings at the
