Who being on their Oaths say and first
the said Elizabeth Ward< no role >
for her self saith
that her Father John Ward< no role >
keeps the sign
of the Yorkshire Grey
in White Chapel High
Street
That on Saturday night last there
was Stolen from out of her said Fathers House
the Copper Stew Pan now produced which
is the property of her said Father the said
John Ward< no role >
And the said John Lee< no role >
for himself saith that
about twelve o'Clock in the night of
Saturday last being in he Tap Room
belonging to the said Mr Ward in White
Chapel High Street
aforesaid the person
now present who says her name is Jane
Bone< no role >
being [..] also there andbeingsuspected
of having Stolen several articles from out of
the said House before he this Informant was
desired to give an Eye to her, Saith that
he saw the Copper Stew pan now produced
in the Place where the said John Ward< no role >
puts
his Coals in the said Tap Room when he this
Informant sat down there, saith that on
seeing the said Jane Bone< no role >
go [..] out he
missed the said Stew pan from the said
Place upon which he followed the said
Jane Bone< no role >
into White Chapel High Street
and there Stopped her and underneath her
Clothes he found the said Pan
