Who being on Oath say and first the said William Jones< no role >
says that
about ¼ past 3 o'Clock in the afternoon of the 31st. of December last.
he was Robbed by two Highwaymen in a Lane near Southgate
of
a Gold Watch and about six Guineas And the said Harry Kendall< no role >
says that he was Robbed at the same time by the same Highwayman
of Six Guineas on half Guinea some Silver and a Metal, Watch
and further says that he verily believes that a Person now Present
who calls himself William Hurt< no role >
, is one of the said Highwaymen
And the said Giles Morgan< no role >
says that he drove the said Messrs.
Jones and Kendall at this time and doth believe that said
Hurt is one of the said Highwaymen and that the Horse now
produced is the House, he rode, at the time And the said Thomas
White< no role >
says that the Horse now Produced is the House on which
said Hurt rode at the time he was taken.
