Who being on Oath say and first the Said John Webster< no role >
Says that on
Monday Night the 20th. or Tuesday morning the 21st. of September last his
fathers House at Burnham was broke open and a Quantity of Linen
Cottons and other things Stolen therein. And this Informant further
says that a Quantity of Linnen now produced are the property of
John Webster< no role >
his father and are part of the Goods that were so Stolen
And the Said Samuel Hatton< no role >
Says that on Thursday Night last the
30th September this Informant found said Linnen now produced
he found in the Appartments of a person now present who calls
herself Ann Simpson< no role >
And the Said Thomas Mumford< no role >
Says that
he was with Said Hatton and assisted him in Searching the Appartments
of said Ann Simpson< no role >
and was present when said Linnen was found
