The Information of Ann Carter< no role > , Elizabeth Shiner,
Stephen Botterell< no role > , John Stephens< no role > , and John Jones< no role >
taken before me this 4th day of August 1784.

Who on their Oath say and first the said Ann Cater< no role > says that on friday
last she bought at Mr Godge's Shop in Leicester fields , thirty Six yards of
Callico now produced, and desired it to be sent to Lady Harbrough's in
New Norfolk StreetAnd the said Elizabeth Shinner says that the said
Callico was brought to Lady Harborough house about 3 o' Clock on friday last,
and in about an hour afterwards a person now present who calls himself
John Hillier< no role > , came to Lady Harborough's and said "He was come with
Mr. Gedge's Compliments [..] the Parcel which had been sent by mistake
That this Informant delivered him the said Callico and asked him
how long it would be before he would Return with the Proper Parcel
That the said Hillier replied" in a about an hour and half. " that this
Informant delivered him the said Parcel of Callico with which he went
away. And the said Stephen Betterell< no role > says that about an hour after Mc.
Gedge's Boy had left the Parcel aforesaid at Lady Harborough's, John Hillier< no role >
now present Knocked at Lady Harborough's door and said He was come
with Mr. Gedge's Compliment's for the Parcel which had been sent by mistake
after which this Informant went up Stairs. And the said John Stephen< no role > 's
says that said Ann Cater< no role > dis on friday last purchase at Mr. Gedge's,
the thirty six Yards of Callico now produced, which was sent to Lady
Harborough's on said friday last, about 3 o'Clock. And the said John Jones< no role >
says that on friday last about 5 o'Clock, he apprehended said John Hillior< no role >
and William Lewis< no role > together in Portpool Lane , and in possesion of said
Lewis he found the thirty six Yards of Callico now produced.
