Luke Biley says that a Silver Table Spoon now produced
is his property and was stolen out of his House on
Saturday Evening last at which time a person now present

says that on Saturday Evening
last the said Jane Davis< no role >
offered to this Informant the
handle of said Spoon and at the same time said that
"Mr. Riley (Wife of the said Luke Riley< no role >
) was her Aunt
and that she had given her three Silver Spoons to begin
House keeping with", on which he this Informant stopped
the said HandleAnd the said Thomas Crosbie< no role >
says
that he apprehended the said Jane Davis< no role >
about ½ past
10 oClock on Saturday Evening last at No. 69 Fitchfield
Street< no role >
Oxford Street
and found in her right hand
pocket the Bowl of the said Silver Spoon
