and his Partner went with him to the said Samuel Glade< no role > 's Shop
That he this Informant stood at the Door and said Emanuel
his Partner went in with him to look at the same. And
the said Simon Emanuel< no role > Says that he paid twelve shillings to
said Samuel Glade< no role > for said Gown (being the Money for which it was
pawned) and the said Benjamin Williams< no role > paid four pence
the Interest and delivered the said Gown to this Informant who
immediately paid him fourteen shillings purchase Money
for the same and the said Robert Nelson< no role > says that a Jew
whom he doth not know came to this Informants Shop and
offend to Sell said Gown, on which he stopped the same
having a suspicion of its being Mrs. Balls property, and on finding
it was so, he delivered the same about a Week afterwards
to said Mrs. Ball and the said James Nordan further says
that on Tuesday last he met the said Benjamin Williams< no role > in
St. Pauls Church Yard , and having understood that he had
robbed Mr. Ball as aforesaid he was determined to secure
himThat said Williams asked him to take out a sheet
which was in pawn; that he went with him to a Shop in
Fleet Market where after struggling with him some time
he caused him to be secured
