Islington Victualler upon his Oath Saith
That the deceased and Mr White head (who is
a Cow keeper in Islington ) were at this Informants
House Last Thursday Nightbetween Eleven and
Twelve or thereabouts a Dispute arose between them
about a CockThat Informant went to Bed But
[..] hearing a Noise about Two Hours afterwards [..] he Came
down Stairs againThat the deceased And White head
were fightingThat the Watch came in And they
were parted and the Witness thinking it was
over went to BedThat in the Morning of Friday
the Witness went up Stairs and saw the deceased
in BedThat he appeared to be asleep and the Witness
observ'd his Forehead Grazed< no role > But did not see any
other BruisesThat he died in the afternoon about
5 o Clock on that Day
