in Company with this Informant took Hold of the
deceased's Hand in Order to pull him offThat
the deceased got away from Mr Suffolk and again
attacked Mr Whitehead but soon fell, whether from
a Trip or a Blow Informant cannot sayThat
about a Minute after the deceased got up again And
sat himself down Leaning his Head on his Arm
That this Informant went home and fetch's some
Hartshom and applied the same inwardly and outwardly
but what the deceased drank Came up againThat
Mr Bull a Surgeon CameAnd Informant told him
what had happenedThat Mr Bull order'd the
deceased to be put to BedThat Informant Left
him thereand Went again about One o Clock in
the Afternoon And found the deceased much in the same
StateThat there appeared several Bruises about his
Head and faceAnd he died the same Afternoon
That this Informant carnestly persuaded them not to fight
