the Prosecutor above Named Maketh Oath and saith that about
Seven or Eight Weeks ago he this Deponent having lost a Certain
Quantity of Potatoes and Hay from his Field on this Deponents
Farm in the Parish of East ham
in the County of Essex
and
having great Suspicion that One William Reynolds< no role >
and William
Darby< no role >
had Stolen the same out of the said Field and that the
same was Carried by one Lash to the House of the said John
Grove< no role >
as this Deponent has been Informed and believes and
this
Deponent is bound over to Prosecute the said William Darby< no role >
and
William Reynolds< no role >
for Stealing the said Goods being the Property of
this Deponent at Chelmsford
in the said County of Essex
and saith that the said John Grove< no role >
being the
Receiver of the said Stolen Goods is now in Custody in Newgate and
this Deponent further saith that he is under Recognizance to
Prosecute the said John Grove< no role >
