John Weaver< no role > of Westham in the County of Essex Farmer
the Prosecutor above Named Maketh Oath and saith that
he this Deponent having about Seven or Eight Weeks ago lost
a Certain Quantity of Wheat in the said County of Essex and being
Informed by one James Pash< no role > that William Darby< no role > had
Stolen the said Quantity of Wheat out of his said Bain and
that the same was Carried by the said Lash to the said Henry
Fleet

and Saith that he this Deponent is bound over to Prosecute
the said Henry Fleet< no role > this Present Sessions of Oyer and
Terminer at the Old Bailey .
