he took Mrs. Fortescues Watch and five Guineas out of another
Desk by her Bed sideThat during this time Charlotte remained

this Informant then broke open a Portmantence in the Passage
between the Rooms, out of which he took Silkduring which time
one of the other two Men (with Charlotte) went away with a

remainder of the Plate and then said "he must tie this Informant
to the Bed" and did do so with the Cord which he picked up in
the Hall. That the other Man who had been with Charlotte then

up a Bundle and went away. That the third Man (who had tied
her) took up the third Bundle and went away likewise, first
desiring this Informant not to make a Noise for an Hour
after. That the Man who opened the Desk in her Mistresses
Bed. Room took out a Pair of Garters and carried them to his
Companions to tie Charlotte with. That on the Saturday following
the said Robbery the said Priscilla Goodall< no role > came to Mrs. Fortescue
house where in the Yard (Charlotte being upstairs apparently
Ill) she gave this Informant four Guineas saying there is
Two for Charlotte and Two for you and added that "the Things
were all safe for that they were Sold to a Jew the same Night.
